Pamela Anderson has confirmed what fans suspected for weeks – she and Liam Neeson are more than just co-stars. The 58-year-old Playboy legend confessed that her connection with the 73-year-old Taken star was impossible to ignore, admitting, “you can’t help but fall in love with him.”
The pair first sparked speculation after being spotted sharing kisses and holding hands on red carpets while promoting their new comedy The Naked Gun, released on August 1. Last month, insiders revealed they had been dating “for a while,” and Pamela has now spoken openly about their relationship.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Pamela said Liam is “such a gentleman, such a sweetheart, so giving and generous, and so complimentary and supportive” that falling for him was inevitable. She added that while he is “serious on set,” he’s also playful in rehearsals, describing his “little boy sense of humour.”
Sources say the couple’s romance has thrived away from Hollywood, with Liam enjoying quiet time at Pamela’s home in Canada. “Pam cooks and gardens, and Liam loves how wholesome and un-Hollywood it feels,” an insider revealed. Friends added that Liam is “smitten,” often sending her flowers and spending time with her sons and dogs.
The relationship has raised eyebrows not only because of their age gap but also after Liam boldly admitted last year that he was “madly in love” with Pamela. He praised her work ethic, saying she has “no ego” and brings out the best in her co-stars. Pamela, in turn, has called him “the perfect gentleman” who treats her with “respect, kindness and depth.”
Their onscreen chemistry has also been a talking point. Liam joked that his favourite part of filming The Naked Gun was “the sex scenes” with Pamela, which were overseen by an intimacy coordinator. At one point, Liam claimed, the coordinator even exclaimed the scenes were “too hot” before walking off set.
