Ant McPartlin has revealed he and wife Anne-Marie Corbett hope to grow their family even further, opening up about life as a dad to their two-year-old son, Wilder.
The 50-year-old TV presenter welcomed his first child with Anne-Marie in 2024 and is also stepfather to her two daughters from a previous marriage. Speaking on the Hanging Out with Ant and Dec podcast, Ant described fatherhood as “the best,” adding that Wilder is now at a playful age, keeping him on his toes by calling him “Mummy” and pulling funny pranks.
Asked if he wanted more children, Ant said:
“Yeah, definitely. I’d have loads more kids. I mean, I’m tired, but I would have more kids.”
Dec added: “It’s hard work, but oh yeah, it’s lovely. The ages of the kids make it really fun.”
Ant shared a sweet insight into Wilder’s cheeky personality:
“He hides things, calls you the wrong name just to get a reaction, and then laughs and runs away. He even calls Dec ‘the evil eye’ but loves him really.”
Meanwhile, Anne-Marie, 47, recently made headlines for her post-baby glow at a UNICEF charity event, showing off a dramatic new hair makeover and a sleek figure in a designer gown. The couple are clearly devoted to each other, sharing romantic moments publicly, while keeping family life grounded and private.
The McPartlins have also upgraded their family home, moving from their £6 million Wimbledon house to a £10 million gated property in Cobham, Surrey, earlier this year.
With their blended family thriving and Wilder bringing joy and laughter, Ant and Anne-Marie’s plans for a bigger family appear more heartfelt than ever.
