The emotional announcement came during her Outnumbered show on Monday, where McEnany and her husband, Sean Gilmartin, introduced their new baby to the world. 
McEnany, 37, who is also a proud mother of two older children—Blake, five, and Nash, two—had previously announced her pregnancy live on-air in March. McEnany had shared in the past her struggles with infertility, particularly when trying for a second child after the birth of Blake. Her personal journey, marked by months of negative tests and increasing worry, was transformed by a moment of prayer. Kayleigh turned to her faith for comfort and was prayed for by friends, including Kathy Sparks Lesnoff, CEO of Mosaic Pregnancy and Health Centers, during a dinner in Illinois.
Three days after the prayer, McEnany took a pregnancy test—and it was positive.
