It was a week filled with reasons to celebrate for the Dyer family.
Television personality Dani Dyer gave fans a rare glimpse into a special family gathering as she joined her husband, footballer Jarrod Bowen, to celebrate her father Danny Dyer’s 49th birthday. The intimate dinner came just days after Bowen confirmed he would remain at West Ham United despite widespread transfer speculation, making it a double celebration for one of Britain’s best-known families.
A Family Night to Remember
Dani, 29, shared a series of candid photos from the birthday dinner, offering followers a rare look at her private family life.
One heartwarming image showed everyone gathered around a restaurant table, with Dani sitting beside Jarrod, while her sister Sunnie Dyer attended with her boyfriend, Will Wood. Proud parents Danny and Joanne Dyer completed the family gathering as they celebrated the actor’s birthday together.
Another photo captured Dani and Sunnie posing for a playful selfie in the back of a car, smiling as they headed to—or returned from—the celebration.
For the occasion, Dani looked effortlessly stylish in a black-and-white corset-style top paired with blue jeans and strappy heels, while Jarrod kept things smart and understated.
A Double Celebration for the Dyer Family
The birthday dinner came just days after Jarrod Bowen put months of speculation to rest by confirming that he will remain at West Ham United.

Following the club’s relegation from the Premier League, the England international had been linked with moves to several top-flight clubs, including Everton, Newcastle United and Aston Villa.
However, Bowen has now made it clear that leaving the Hammers was never his plan.
“It Was a No-Brainer”
Speaking about his decision, Bowen revealed he recently travelled to Prague to meet West Ham investor Daniel Kretinsky and board member Jiri Svarc to discuss the club’s long-term ambitions.
The conversations convinced him that staying was the right decision.
“I flew out to Prague to meet Daniel and Jiri and the ambition that I got from them, certainly in terms of the direction the club wants to move in, interested me a lot. It didn’t take a lot.”
Bowen insisted he remains fully committed to helping West Ham return to the Premier League at the first attempt.
“It was a no-brainer for me to be here and the vision is clear—it’s the Premier League.”
The striker also addressed speculation surrounding his future, saying he has always meant what he told supporters.
“When I say something, I don’t hide away from it. The main thing for me is to get this club back into the Premier League.”
A West Ham Hero Staying Home
Bowen has become one of the club’s modern legends since joining West Ham from Hull City in January 2020.
Over six and a half seasons, he has scored 85 goals in 280 appearances, with his most unforgettable moment coming in 2023 when he scored the dramatic last-minute winner against Fiorentina to secure the UEFA Europa Conference League title.
Now, rather than chasing a move elsewhere, Bowen says his focus is firmly on leading the club back to the top flight.
“The Championship isn’t an easy division,” he admitted, stressing that unity, consistency and the right mentality will be crucial throughout the demanding 46-game campaign.
Danny Dyer Couldn’t Be Happier
The news is likely to delight Danny Dyer just as much as West Ham supporters.
The actor has never hidden his lifelong passion for the Hammers and has frequently spoken about how proud he is to call Bowen his son-in-law.
With Jarrod committing his future to the club he loves and the whole family gathering to celebrate his birthday, it proved to be an especially memorable week for Danny—filled with football, family and plenty of reasons to smile.
