Peter Andre has been left “shocked and disgusted” by his ex-wife Katie Price after she made explosive remarks about his young children during a secretly recorded video leaked online. 
The footage, released by Katie’s former husband Alex Reid, shows the 46-year-old glamour model counting piles of cash despite having been declared bankrupt twice. In the clip, Katie is heard speaking to her daughter Princess, 18 — whom she shares with Peter — and calling Peter’s two children with wife Dr Emily Andre “irrelevant.”
While seated beside a Christmas tree, Katie can be seen gleefully sorting through the stacks of banknotes. She then asks Princess whether her father “goes on about” her bankruptcy and finances “a lot.” 
At one point, Katie makes a jibe towards Emily and her children, calling them “irrelevant.” A source close to Peter told The Mirror: “He’s so shocked she would say this in front of their young daughter. It’s not about money — it’s about respect. How could a mother say something like that about young children?”
Peter Andre Turns to Legal Action
Peter’s representatives confirmed that the singer is now consulting lawyers over the incident, branding the video both offensive and damaging.
Meanwhile, Katie’s team has attempted to play down the scandal. A spokesperson said: “This video was shared with Katie’s Trustee in Bankruptcy several months ago, and she has fully complied with all investigations. The cash shown did not belong to Katie, and the property she referred to was dealt with during financial settlement proceedings from her divorce with Peter Andre. The Trustee in Bankruptcy is fully aware and has already investigated the matter.”
Bankruptcy Past Resurfaces 
Katie Price has faced repeated financial ruin. She was declared bankrupt in 2019 over debts totalling £3.5 million, including £970,639 owed to HMRC. She was declared bankrupt again in March last year, this time over unpaid tax of £761,994.
Creditors have included her ex Alex Reid, who is owed £175,000 in High Court damages and costs. Katie was ordered to pay him after she revealed a sex tape without his consent.
In the leaked video, Katie is heard claiming she had “extended” her bankruptcy because “Alex Reid wants money from me and he won’t be able to get it… He’s an a***hole.”
Alex Reid Speaks Out
Alex, 50, said he was appalled as he watched the footage. “It’s unbelievable. She just admitted she lied,” he remarked in the clip, before asking someone off-camera: “Has my legal team seen this?”
He then issued a bold statement, declaring: “For years, you’ve seen countless stories by Katie Price directed at me, Peter, Keiran and others. Today I want to be clear: I am spearheading a campaign to expose the truth. This isn’t about gossip or rumour — it’s about evidence, about reality. After years of silence, the time has come to reveal all.”
Katie’s Middle-Finger Gesture
Another striking moment in the leaked footage showed Katie raising her middle finger after Princess asked whether she would contribute to her and Junior’s private school fees. Katie responded: “Your dad can sit on that.”
While Katie insists she is cooperating with bankruptcy officials, the fallout from this new video has once again thrust her finances, her parenting, and her ongoing feuds with her exes into the spotlight.
For Peter Andre, though, one thing is now certain: his patience has run out. His spokesperson confirmed he will be taking the matter further, saying: “This is in the hands of his lawyers.”
