In the sweet video, they dressed their children in matching white tops and jeans before revealing Helen’s baby bump and sonogram to them for the first time.

Helen, 30, captioned the heartwarming clip: “There’s something so special about knowing our story is still growing… Another chapter, another heartbeat, another tiny hand to hold. Baby number 5 is on the way, and our hearts have never felt so full.”
