The Coronation Street star was furious when David, victorious in a challenge against Gogglebox’s Scarlett Moffatt, sent her to the dreaded Savannah Scrub camp.
After the challenge, which saw David triumph over Scarlett in the “Unlucky Lodges” task, his team was given the power to decide who would go to the basic Savannah Scrub camp. With no hesitation, David chose Beverley, and his decision did not go down well with the soap star.
In a fiery exchange, Beverley immediately declared, “David, you’re going to pay for that decision. I’m telling you now.” She then softened the mood, joking, “I have no hard feelings, I’m only kidding… Up yours.”
As she walked away from the group, Beverley added: “David Haye, I will get my own back on him.”
Later that evening, Beverley shared her fury with fellow campmate Adam Thomas in the Savannah Scrub. “Been a fan of his for years… but not anymore, I tell you,” she remarked. “He sent me to Savannah Scrub, and I thought, ‘You’re gonna get it, mate.'”
When Adam warned her not to make an enemy out of David, Beverley fired back, “I’ve thought about this — I’m gonna chin him.”
