The broadcaster, 42, has been navigating a challenging period since splitting from Jesse 18 months ago. The rocker, 49, is now expecting a baby with his new partner, Made In Chelsea star Gemma Gregory, after the couple recently moved into their first home together.
Despite the stress, Fearne shared a heartwarming encounter that lifted her spirits. While out in London with her daughter, an elderly man approached them and complimented her daughter’s striking red hair. He even handed them a handwritten poem, wishing them happiness and smiles.

The news of another Wood baby may surprise some, given Jesse’s financial struggles following his divorce from Fearne. Earlier this year, he revealed in court that he was living on barely £1,000 a month and seeking work, following the breakdown of his 10-year marriage. Company filings show his business, Rekognition Sound Limited, is deeply in debt, with liabilities far exceeding its bank balance.
Jesse has no claim to his former marital home in Richmond, which remains solely in Fearne’s name. The ex-couple share two children, son Rex, 12, and daughter Honey, nine.
