Scarlett Moffatt has shared the joyous news that she and her partner Scott Dobinson are expecting their second child together, just months after opening up about their emotional fertility struggles. The I’m a Celebrity star and her partner, already parents to son Jude, have revealed they’re preparing to welcome another addition to their growing family. 
In a heartwarming social media video, Scarlett’s two-year-old son Jude can be seen holding up a personalized newspaper with the headline: “Baby Dobinson another miracle coming soon!” Scarlett shared her excitement, saying: “We honestly can’t believe we’re writing this… After everything, we feel unbelievably lucky to be able to say… our family is growing. One little miracle gave us Jude, and now he’s going to be a big brother.” 
In an emotional post, she continued: “And if there’s one thing we know for certain, it’s that he is going to be the most amazing big brother. We are so grateful, so excited, and still a little bit in shock… Our hearts are fuller than we ever thought possible.”
This announcement follows Scarlett’s recent revelations about the heartbreaking miscarriage she and Scott experienced during their efforts to conceive a second child. During her time in the I’m a Celebrity camp, Scarlett shared her difficult journey with her fellow contestants. She described how the loss left her feeling emotionally shattered, admitting that it made life feel “heavier.”
After the miscarriage, Scarlett and Scott had decided to stop trying for a second child, choosing to enjoy their time with their son Jude. Scarlett confessed that she “couldn’t handle the heartbreak anymore” and they had agreed to “stop.” However, fate had other plans, and the couple is now thrilled to be expecting again.
Scarlett, 35, spoke candidly about her struggles, stating: “When all you want is a family, it’s really hard when that doesn’t just come naturally and easily. You question yourself… You question, why is it not happening? Is it ever going to happen? And it’s just really hard.”
Despite the emotional turmoil, Scarlett has expressed immense joy and gratitude for the upcoming arrival of their second child. The couple has faced many ups and downs on their journey to expand their family, but they remain hopeful and excited for what’s to come.
