Katie Price has explained why fans saw her heartfelt birthday tribute to daughter Princess Andre a day before her actual birthday, after some followers questioned whether the former glamour model had got the date wrong.
Instead, Katie revealed there was a very simple reason behind the timing—and it all came down to where she is in the world.
Katie Wanted to Be the First to Celebrate Princess
Princess Andre officially turned 19 on June 29, but Katie shared an emotional tribute on Instagram on June 28, prompting confusion among some fans.
The touching post featured a collection of nostalgic childhood photos, including a sweet image of Katie kissing her daughter on the head.
Alongside the photos, Katie wrote:
“Happy Birthday to my little girl Princess Andre. I couldn’t ask for such a beautiful perfect daughter. You’re my absolute world and stick to me like glue. I’m proud of you in every way.”
She also added Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing as the soundtrack, calling it their favourite song to sing together.

The Real Reason Behind the Early Post
After people began pointing out that Princess’s birthday hadn’t yet arrived in the UK, Katie quickly addressed the confusion on her Instagram Stories.
Currently staying in Dubai with husband Lee Andrews, Katie explained that it was already close to midnight there, and she wanted to make sure she was the very first person to wish her daughter a happy birthday before going to bed.
She wrote:
“Yes it’s nearly midnight in Dubai so I wanted to be the first to wish my daughter Princess Andre happy birthday for tomorrow 29 June before I go to sleep.”
Katie also responded directly to reports suggesting she had posted on the wrong day, insisting that critics had misunderstood the situation.
She added:
“Look at my Instagram properly. I wished Princess happy birthday before I went to sleep in Dubai.”
