Katie Price has confirmed for the first time that her husband, Lee Andrews, is indeed facing a travel ban that is preventing him from leaving Dubai. Speculation has been rife about the reason behind the ban, with rumors suggesting Lee is unable to leave the UAE after allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend Dina Taji’s signature to secure a £200,000 loan—a claim he has strongly denied.

During the latest episode of her podcast, where she was joined by her sister Sophie, Katie was asked directly about the situation. She revealed, “Of course, I’m going back to Dubai and Lee will come here when he needs to. People have to remember, he’s lived in Dubai for 21 years, that’s where he works and where he lives. There will be a time when he does come to England, and he’ll be with me.”
Sophie, curious about the travel ban, responded, “I thought he had a travel ban?” Katie, while not confirming the travel ban, responded, “Do you know what? Everyone has said to me you can get a travel ban for anything in Dubai. A parking ticket or if you owe a bill for electricity or something… you can get a travel ban for absolutely anything.”
Katie joked further, “If they did that over here, I’d be banned for life! But yeah, you can get one for even breathing the wrong way in Dubai. It’s so strict.”
Katie also shared a clip from the podcast on social media, writing, “Lee’s travel ban… it’s so strict!!!!”
Adding to the mystery, Lee took to his Instagram stories and claimed he will move to the UK in May. He posted a photo of himself with Katie, stating, “LEE ANDREWS CONFIRMS RETURN TO UK. With his gorgeous wife Katie to support her family and career commitments. The couple are stronger than ever and will make the commitment to live together this coming May. Ahead of their Winter Wedding this Year.”
What does this mean for Katie and Lee’s future? Could this be the first step toward a major change in their lives?
