Katie Price, 47, has posted a video attempting to clear up some of the wild accusations surrounding her husband Lee Andrews, 42, after rumors surfaced about his checkered past. The couple married in January after a whirlwind romance, but their relationship quickly faced scrutiny as reports emerged about Lee’s alleged criminal activity. 
Lee, who has claimed to be a “millionaire businessman,” has been accused of forging his ex-girlfriend’s signature to take out a £200,000 loan, leading to a three-week stint in a Dubai jail. Additionally, rumors spread about his supposed PhD from Cambridge University – claims that Katie now says are inaccurate. In a YouTube video, she clarified that Lee holds an associate degree in engineering through distance learning from Cambridge, not a PhD as previously suggested. She also confirmed that Lee’s doctorate is actually from Spain, but claimed the PhD rumors started as “hearsay.”
Katie also fiercely defended her husband’s reputation, saying, “Lee has never claimed to have a PhD from Cambridge. This was all gossip from others.” She further elaborated that Lee is now an honorary doctor and has produced and published a thesis, which he plans to share with the public.
Despite accusations that Lee has been involved in dubious business dealings and criminal activity, Katie stood by her man, insisting, “I’m with Lee for Lee.” She emphasized that she doesn’t care about his financial status or background but is focused on their connection and how he treats her.
However, Lee’s past continues to haunt him. His ex, Alana Percival, has publicly accused him of lying about his background and has provided alleged messages from Lee that contradict his statements. These messages suggest Lee has a history of deception, including prison time and attempted scams targeting women for money.
Alana also shared messages showing Lee asking a woman for cash and claiming he was “living off 20 pence ready meals” while waiting for business payments. According to reports, Lee is also allegedly facing further legal trouble in Dubai, with accusations that he’s banned from leaving the country due to unpaid debts.
