Mark Wright is opening up about a special family getaway that gave fans a sweet peek into life with his five-month-old daughter, Palma, and wife Michelle Keegan — but the trip to Palma, Majorca, didn’t come without a surprising twist.
Hosting Heart Saturday Breakfast alongside Olly Murs, the TV star recalled the excitement of taking little Palma on her very first trip to the city that shares her name. But the moment didn’t go quite as planned.
“I thought when we got to passport control they’d see her name, smile, and maybe even say something,” Mark joked. “But nothing — just a quick stamp and ‘you go.’ I was like, really? Her name’s Palma, and she’s in Palma for the first time!”
Despite that minor letdown, Mark said the holiday was unforgettable. “We got a photo of Palma in front of the Palma sign — a real milestone. And I realised… I’ve become my dad. Midday beers every day on holiday — now I get it,” he laughed.
Mark also revealed that baby Palma made the trip easy, sharing, “She’s just like her mum — sleeps through the flight and barely fusses.”
Meanwhile, Michelle melted hearts with chic holiday snaps, including a gold ‘PPP’ necklace — a tribute to their daughter Palma and their beloved dogs, Phoebe and Pip.
Since welcoming her daughter in March, Michelle has been balancing motherhood with exciting opportunities, recently signing a six-figure deal with Sky. The Coronation Street alum will soon film her first major promo alongside Idris Elba, marking her return to work while still enjoying precious moments with baby Palma.
From quiet family moments to sunny holiday memories, it’s clear that for Mark and Michelle, life as a family of three is just beginning — and it’s every bit as sweet as they imagined.
