Molly-Mae Hague has been soaking up every moment of her newborn bubble, sharing heartwarming family photos to mark three weeks since the birth of her son, Midas.
The Love Island star, 27, posted a series of adorable snaps on Instagram on Monday night, featuring herself with baby Midas, daughter Bambi, and partner Tommy Fury. One particularly touching image shows Bambi gently holding her baby brother while Molly’s father Stephen looks on, capturing a tender multi-generational moment.
In another sweet shot, the family cuddled together on Molly and Tommy’s bed, with the caption: “3 weeks of our Midas.”
This comes shortly after Molly returned to YouTube with a new vlog reflecting on her second birth, sharing how incredible the newborn stage has been and candidly opening up about her experience as a first-time mother with Bambi.
“I feel like a completely different version of myself this time compared to postpartum with Bambi,” Molly said.
“Looking back, I probably experienced postpartum depression after Bambi, especially in the first three to six months. I honestly can’t remember a lot of that time—it’s like I blurred it from memory. I felt completely out of my depth.”
Despite the challenges she faced after her first child, Molly says she feels fully prepared this time and is confident that her family is now complete.
“I just feel like I’m ready to stop at two. We were blessed with a boy, and we couldn’t be luckier,” she added.
Molly also revealed the story behind Midas’s name, dismissing assumptions that it was inspired by the Greek myth of King Midas.
“His name is Midas Thomas Fury, inspired by the 2011 film Real Steel, not Greek mythology. We’ve loved this name for years, and the meaning of ‘the Midas touch’ really resonates with us,” she explained.
Reflecting on the transition from one child to two, Molly admitted the newborn days can be a huge mental adjustment.
“Going from zero to one was really challenging. I felt like a part of my old life had ended. But now, having gone through it once already, it feels more manageable and incredibly rewarding.”
