Pamela Anderson’s career revival shows no sign of slowing down — and this time, it comes with a surprising confession about Hollywood icon Liam Neeson.

The former Baywatch star, now 58, is back in the spotlight with The Naked Gun reboot, where she stars opposite Neeson, who plays Lt Frank Drebin Jr., the son of Leslie Nielsen’s legendary lawman. Anderson takes on the role of Beth, a woman determined to track down her brother’s killer — with Neeson’s bumbling detective by her side.

But while the movie promises slapstick chaos — including a bizarre snowman threesome montage — it’s the undeniable spark between Pamela and Liam that has everyone talking. Red carpet appearances show them looking unusually close, and now Pamela herself is fanning the flames.
In a candid interview, she admitted:
“I was literally shaking the first day I came to rehearse with him… he’s such a gentleman, so giving, so complimentary. You can’t help but fall in love with him.”
When asked about their on-screen chemistry, she laughed:
“We do have chemistry — and off-set he’s silly, with that little boy sense of humor. He’s funny. Honestly, it’s hard not to fall for him.”

The crew, she said, often had to hide just to stop themselves from laughing during rehearsals.
Pamela, who recently reinvented herself with roles in Chicago on Broadway and The Last Showgirl, says she jumped at the chance to join the reboot. “The world needs a laugh right now,” she explained. “And this film delivers one after another.”
Still, she worked hard on her character Beth: “Even in comedy, I want honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability. There are moments of sincerity in the film you might not expect.”
Among her favorite scenes? The infamous snowman montage — plus a sultry jazz club sequence that required her to sing live. “I still sing it in the shower,” she laughed. “It was terrifying, but so fun.”
Pamela insists the film belongs on the big screen. “There are so many layers, background jokes, stunts. See it with friends, with popcorn — you’ll catch new details every time.”
Her sons Dylan and Brandon even previewed the film before she did. “They called me and said, ‘Mom, it’s funny. You and Liam are great.’ They’re my harshest critics, so that gave me confidence.”
As for her second act in Hollywood, Pamela calls it a “happy surprise.” She had once resigned herself to a quieter life at home — “pickling, baking bread” — but her craving to return to the industry has paid off. “I’m grateful I get to do this again,” she said.
And with a cheeky smile, she added one last word on Liam: “He’s a sweetheart. I think everyone’s going to fall in love with him.”
