RHOC STAR JENNIFER PEDRANTI JUST ADMITTED HER SON WAS INVOLVED IN A CALIFORNIA FIRE!

‘RHOC’ Star Jennifer Pedranti Admits Her Son Started California Fire: ‘Tough Learning Moment’

Jennifer Pedranti, star of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County, apologized to her California community after her son was accused of starting a brush fire.

According to the Orange County Fire Authority, five acres of brush in Ladera Ranch burned before authorities were able to extinguish the blaze on Wednesday, July 8.

“I would like to clear up the rumblings of my son having involvement in the Ladera Ranch fire,” Pedranti, 49, shared via her Instagram Story the next day. “He and others were involved. My ex husband and myself take this very serious. This behavior is unacceptable and we are deeply sorry to our community. This is a tough learning moment for our son and our family.”

According to the reality star, no arrests were made, but “consequences for actions are being put into place.”

Pedranti — who shares sons, Harrison, 21, Dawson, 18, Greyson, 15, and Dominic, 11, as well as daughter Everleigh, 13, with ex-husband Will Pedranti — shared that her son would be forced to take a “fire safety course.”

“There are consequences within our family and we will make sure our son learns from this accident,” Jennifer added.

According to TMZ, arrests and criminal charges are not typically filed when the crime is committed by a minor.

“We were so thankful there was no property damage and nobody was hurt,” Jennifer continued.

As news of the confession began to spread, many voiced their shock at a mother admitting to a crime on behalf of her child.

“Why would you admit this, much less on behalf of your own son. Does she think this a cute fun fact?” one critic voiced on Reddit.

“This is [expletive] insane to publicly admit… especially in Southern California,” another wrote.

While Jennifer did not publicly reveal which son was involved in the fire, Harrison and Dawson are both adults and would not be considered minors. Hours before the blaze was reported, she shared an appreciation post for her children, alongside a video with son Greyson.
