The TV and radio host, 51, shared his thoughts on the latest episode of his podcast On Air With Ryan Seacrest, where he spoke candidly about what he looks for — and what immediately puts him off — in a potential partner.

One of his key “red flags,” Seacrest explained, is how someone behaves in everyday life situations. Romance Rewind: Ryan Seacrest and Aubrey Paige

“When you’re out on a run or a walk or a bike ride, do you say hi to people that pass? If you don’t, I’m not so sure about you,” he said, joking that he sometimes uses outdoor exercise as a light “test” during early dating stages.

He also shared his idea of “green flags,” highlighting simple daily habits, especially around coffee.

“I really look forward to getting up and having my coffee,” he said. “I think if we can’t share that moment together, it’s a red flag. So, ‘I need coffee’ is a green flag.”

Seacrest even joked about his preference for keeping coffee simple, saying he is not a fan of extra additions like milk or “too much fuss.” Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Aubrey Paige split after 3 years

His comments come shortly after he relisted his luxurious Napa Valley estate in St. Helena, California — a property often described as his peaceful retreat and personal escape.

Seacrest previously said the estate is where he feels most relaxed, surrounded by sweeping vineyard views and the calming atmosphere of wine country.

“It’s such a peaceful spot, and the views out over the valley floor are unforgettable,” he said in a previous statement. “You can even see the hot-air balloons drifting by in the distance. It’s the kind of place where you naturally want to slow down and take it all in.”

The sprawling 10,750-square-foot property features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen, guesthouse, cottage, infinity pool, bocce court, and a 220-tree Italian olive grove.

Originally built in 2004 and extensively renovated in 2023–2024, the estate blends modern luxury with timeless design and includes high-end amenities such as smart security systems, expansive glass walls, and custom interiors.

Seacrest originally listed the home in 2024 for $22 million before taking it off the market and relisting it again at $19.8 million.

His romantic history includes relationships with Aubrey Paige, Shayna Taylor, and dancer Julianne Hough, marking a long and high-profile dating timeline.
