Savannah Guthrie poured her heart out on Mother’s Day, sharing a deeply emotional tribute to her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie. The beloved Today host took to Instagram, honoring her mother, who was abducted in February by a masked man from her Tucson home. In a poignant post, Savannah wrote, “Mother, daughter, sister, Nonie — we miss you with our every breath. We will never stop looking for you. We will never be at peace until we find you.”:max_bytes(150000):strip_icc():focal(749x0:751x2)/Savannah-Guthrie-and-mom-Nancy-020226-7c02038eeb714421866f2f17bb529c2f.jpg)
Savannah’s words reflect the agonizing reality her family has been living since Nancy’s disappearance, but also an unwavering hope that one day, they’ll have answers. “We need help,” Savannah urged, reaching out to the public: “Someone knows something that can make the difference. Call 1800CALLFBI. You can be anonymous, and the reward remains available. Please keep praying. Bring her home. 💛”
A $100,000 reward has been issued by the FBI for information leading to Nancy’s recovery, and Savannah, together with her family, has increased the reward to $1 million, alongside a generous $500,000 donation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
As the investigation continues, Savannah’s post came hours after her husband, Michael Feldman, shared his own touching tribute to his wife, calling her “the strongest person I know” and surrounding her with love in a heartfelt message.
The Today anchor recently opened up about the devastating moment she learned of her mother’s abduction, vowing, “I will not fall apart. I will not let whoever did this take my children’s mother from them. I will not let them take my joy.” Through her tears, she added, “Our anguish is real. We need help. We need someone to tell the truth.”
The search continues, but Savannah’s strength remains a beacon of hope. Her plea resonates deeply: the fight for her mother’s return is far from over.
