Katie Price has pressed ahead with plans to reunite with her new husband Lee Andrews, despite growing concern from those closest to her — and warnings she is choosing to ignore.
The mum-of-five, 47, was spotted at Gatwick Airport on Friday, checking in for a business-class Emirates flight to Dubai just weeks after her whirlwind wedding — and amid claims her family are “deeply worried” about the relationship.
Spotted at the Airport — and Going Anyway
Katie was photographed making her way through Gatwick’s North Terminal, dressed casually in a grey tracksuit and loaded with two large pink suitcases that suggested she was packing for an extended stay.
Witnesses said the reality star appeared relaxed and upbeat as she browsed airport shops before heading to the gate for the six-hour flight back to Dubai, where Lee is currently based.
The trip comes after Katie spent the past week in the UK following her quickie wedding — her fourth — which took place just two weeks ago after knowing Lee only a short time and being engaged for a single day.
Family Fears — and a Firm Decision
Sources close to Katie say the decision has caused fresh alarm among her family, who are said to be increasingly uneasy about her new marriage.
A source told The Sun:
“Katie’s family and friends are so concerned about her relationship with Lee, but she isn’t listening. They didn’t want her to go back to Dubai, but she confirmed she was leaving today.”
According to the insider, Katie is determined not to be apart from her husband over Valentine’s Day, with the couple reportedly planning a honeymoon while abroad.
“She insists he’s a good man,” the source added. “And she’s standing by him.”
Red Flags and Fresh Allegations
The concerns intensified last week following reports about Lee Andrews’ past relationships.
One of his former partners, Alana Percival, has claimed Lee proposed to her in almost identical fashion — at the same location — just weeks before popping the question to Katie.
Alana has since publicly accused Andrews of being “a liar” and “a narcissist”, issuing a stark warning to his new wife.
“Run for the hills,” she said.
“Lee is a manipulator. Once I tried to leave him, he claimed he had a heart condition and was living on borrowed time. I don’t think he knows what’s fact and what’s fiction anymore.”
Ignoring the Noise
Despite the allegations and her family’s concerns — including worries reportedly shared by her mother and sister — Katie appears determined to push forward.
She has not publicly addressed the claims, instead choosing to reunite with Lee and continue life abroad, even as speculation swirls around the speed and secrecy of the marriage.
For now, the former glamour model is standing firm — boarding the plane, closing the cabin door, and leaving the warnings behind.
Whether this bold move will bring the fairytale she’s hoping for — or deepen the concern — remains to be seen.
