Coronation Street favourite Jack P Shepherd has confirmed he’s expecting a baby with his new wife Hanni Treweek, sharing the news in a tender Instagram reveal that instantly sent fans into celebration mode.
The actor, best known as David Platt, posted a softly shot black-and-white video from a pregnancy photoshoot, capturing the couple beaming as they hold tiny knitted booties and cradle Hanni’s growing bump.
“We’ve been keeping a secret… June 2026,” Jack wrote, adding a heartfelt thank-you to the creative team who helped them mark the moment.
A quietly emotional reveal
In the clip, Hanni glows in a flowing white gown, one hand resting on her bump as Jack places his palm protectively over it — a simple gesture that spoke volumes. Another shot shows the couple laughing together, unmistakably excited about the next chapter.

The wedding followed a huge year for Jack, who surprised viewers by winning Celebrity Big Brother in April 2025 — a stint he later admitted helped him fund the big day.
Jack is already dad to three children from a previous relationship, and the new arrival will expand the family once again — a milestone he and Hanni appear to be embracing with joy and calm.
