Lenny Hochstein and his girlfriend, Alena Kovalenko, are going strong, just over a year after making their Instagram debut.
Several months after facing legal drama with Lenny’s ex-wife, Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, 43, due to the quickness of their relationship, the 60-year-old plastic surgeon was seen in a series of photos shared by Alena, a 26-year-old Russian model, earlier this month.
In Alena’s July 9 post, she and Lenny posed with their arms around one another in front of a marina.
After the post was shared, Lenny and Alena exchanged a couple of heart emoji.

As RHOM fans will recall, Lenny went public with his former fiancée, Katharina Nahlik, 30, in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage to Lisa, the mother of his two children, son Logan, 11, and daughter Elle, 6, and filed for divorce a short time later. Then, in July 2023, Lenny and Katharina got engaged, only to split up in September 2024.
While Lenny and Katharina got back together and re-engaged in December 2024, they called it quits for good in June 2025. And, just over one month later, Lenny confirmed his romance with Alena, shockingly sharing with Us Weekly that he’d already moved her into his $52 million Star Island home in Florida and introduced her to Logan and Elle.
“It’s very new and fresh,” he confessed at the time. “It’s still too early to make any decisions [about our future]. [But] we have a mutual attraction to each other, enjoy spending time together and doing the things that normal couples do.”
“I’ll see where this leads and open to seeing where this path may take me,” he added.
Although Lisa initially said that “anything’s better than the last,” when asked about Alena on Watch What Happens Live, she later filed an emergency motion against Lenny after learning he’d left their kids alone with her.
“The girlfriend is not a vetted caregiver. She is on a tourist visa, has no known legal status to provide childcare in Florida, and is a complete stranger to the children and their extended family,” she wrote in her court documents, via The U.S. Sun.
