On the latest episode of her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue teased listeners: “I’m just going to warn everyone, the name we love is fd. Okay. It’s mad.” Co-host Joanne McNally couldn’t help but laugh, adding: “Also, can I just say, Vogue, having four kids is fd. Everything about the fourth kid is going to be away with the fairies!”
Vogue explained that when she first shared the name with Joanne, her friend flinched — confirming just how bold it really is. “That made me go, ‘Oh, it’s a big name,’” Vogue admitted. She also revealed they’ll give their baby a “normal” middle name, so the little one can choose which to go by.
This fourth pregnancy comes after a deeply emotional journey. Vogue and Spencer have faced two miscarriages before this pregnancy, including one heartbreaking loss last year. Speaking openly, Vogue revealed the grief she felt: “I felt like my body had failed me. It was awful and heartbreaking.”

Spencer Matthews, speaking on the podcast, echoed his wife’s gratitude and relief: “We’re so happy. This one’s been harder to get to, with more bumps in the road, but we feel really fortunate to be welcoming another child.”
