Just DAYS after suffering a devastating ACL and LCL tear — the kind of injury that typically sidelines players for up to a year — Patrick Mahomes is already bending his knee to 90 degrees, an achievement most athletes don’t reach until weeks post-operation.
The injury, which occurred during the heartbreaking 16–13 loss to the Chargers, sent shockwaves through the NFL and left Chiefs Kingdom wondering if their franchise QB could possibly make it back for the 2026 season opener.
