In a new Instagram post, Roisin seemed to confirm her new single status with a series of lighthearted snaps. One photo showed her holding an envelope with the words “an antidote for a broken heart,” while another featured her picking up a book titled Women Who Love Too Much.
Adding to the playful post, she shared a bottle of wine and a packet of cigarettes, captioning it, “Well, table for 1 it is then girls!” Roisin also included the hashtag #brutallyaxedagain, poking fun at their exit from Gogglebox, as her fans and friends flooded the comments with messages of support.
Roisin and Joe were axed from Gogglebox after three and a half years on the show, a decision they shared with their followers in a heartfelt TikTok post. Roisin expressed gratitude for the opportunity, saying, “We couldn’t be more grateful to Studio Lambert for the opportunity,” and described their time on the show as a “once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
While reflecting on their exit, Roisin mentioned that she felt proud to represent Scotland on the show and thanked the crew members who became like family to them over the years.
