Larsa Pippen is clapping back after a series of photos of her enjoying a beach day in Miami were shared on Instagram.
Following the posting of the pics, which saw the 52-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star showing off her figure in a colorful, striped bikini with beads, Larsa spoke out in a comment, as did several fans and former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan, 53.
“Larsa Pippen is soaking up the Miami sun in a teeny bikini as she enjoys her single summer!” TMZ wrote in the caption of its July 25 post, giving a nod to Larsa’s recent split from Jeff Coby, 32.
After the photos hit the web, one commenter said, “That’s really saying something when the most real thing on your body are the sunglasses.”
Another added, “Zero flotation devices needed.”
“That was bought and paid for?” asked a third.
Meanwhile, in a message shared by Larsa, she explained, “Bad lighting and angles.”
Still, not everyone was convinced.
“How do you have bad lighting in the sun?” one person asked.
Another wrote, “You mean no filters and editing?”
Others said the pics were “all you sis,” and pointed to “too many surgeries” and a bad BBL (Brazilian butt lift).
Even Claudia weighed in, admitting, “I miss the realness of the [90s]!”
There were also some kinder messages sent to Larsa, who is known for heavily editing her social media pics.
“Nahhhh you look great … lookin better than some of them 21 year olds out here,” one person told Larsa, as someone else said, “[You] still look good!”
“Y’all really critical of a 52 yo woman with three kids. Let’s see y’all bikini pics; she looks great. Stop the hate,” shared another fan.
The Real Housewives of Miami is on pause ahead of its potential season eight.
