Ashley Roberts has revealed that she is still processing the chaotic and intense experience from the I’m A Celebrity… South Africa live final, which ended in a dramatic scene described as âlike a Jerry Springer Show.â
The Pussycat Dolls star found herself stuck between former footballer Jimmy Bullard and ex-boxer David Haye as they reignited a furious row with eventual winner Adam Thomas. Ashley described the heated altercation as âunbelievableâ and âwild,â with yelling, emotions running high, and even some physical altercations. âIt was chaos,â she said. “I thought at one point I was going to get smacked.”
The feud between Bullard and Thomas had been simmering throughout the show, with accusations flying over a previous Bushtucker Trial challenge, which nearly saw Adam eliminated. As the tension boiled over, Roberts said she was caught in the middle of the bickering, trying to dodge âbig man hands flying in my face.â She added, âItâs a shame because Adam had a tough time and couldnât even enjoy his victory because of all the drama.â

Ashley also accused David Haye of playing up his aggressive persona for the camera, which affected Adam deeply. “David was trying to entertain, but it really affected Adam,â she said. âIt was uncomfortable for him.â
