Coleen Nolan has proudly revealed her incredible 3.5 stone weight loss and transformation, going from a size 20 to a size 14. The Loose Women star, 61, has openly shared her health journey, admitting that she now feels healthier, more energetic, and confident—but she’s also made it clear that she doesn’t want to lose any more weight.
In an interview with The Mirror, Coleen reflected on her health improvements, including relief from back pain and feeling more energized. She said, “I feel so much better health-wise. My back’s improved, I’ve got more energy. And confidence-wise, of course it helps.”
“I don’t want to lose any more weight – I’m happy,” she added. “It’s about maintaining now and having a healthy relationship with food and with myself. And with Voy, you get 24-7 support.”
Coleen, who worked with the weight-loss company Voy, shared her journey to better health after she was told she was pre-diabetic. In the past, Coleen had struggled with weight and unhealthy eating habits, but her recent lifestyle changes have empowered her to take control of her health.
However, her weight loss journey has not been without challenges. The star opened up about the trolling she has faced, including cruel comments about her weight loss. “I tried not to let the trolls affect me, but it was hard when they were calling me fat and all these names because those were things that I actually thought about myself,” she confessed. Now, some critics are saying she’s lost “too much” weight.
Coleen has been very candid about her health, revealing that her decision to take action came after the wake-up call of being pre-diabetic. “When a recent blood test showed I was pre-diabetic, it really motivated me to take action for my long-term health,” she said. “What appealed to me was Voy’s holistic approach, combining medical guidance with coaching, nutrition support, and mindset work.”
The Loose Women presenter has made it clear that her transformation is about sustainable change, not a quick fix. “This isn’t about a quick fix; it’s about learning healthier habits and building sustainable change,” she explained.
In addition to her health update, Coleen revealed that she’s about to make her debut on Celebs Go Dating, a reality show that will see her looking for love after her split from her partner Michael Jones in 2025. Rumors suggest that Coleen will be one of the standout stars of the season, with bosses reportedly hoping she will become the “cougar” of the show.
