Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about the magic of her second child, thanking her newborn son for “healing her newborn fears” just days after welcoming him into the world. The 27-year-old Love Island star admitted she struggled with her firstborn, Bambi, calling the newborn stage “unbelievably difficult and daunting” back in 2025. At the time, she said she would have been “terrified” at a positive pregnancy test, and admitted she didn’t really enjoy any part of those first few weeks.
This time, however, it’s a completely different story. Sharing a sweet Instagram snapshot of her newborn, Molly-Mae wrote: “Thank you for healing so many of my newborn fears, little one. The peace and happiness I feel this time around is something I wished for but didn’t know would come.” She added: “The difference compared to this stage with Bambi is indescribable.”
The couple is planning a unique way to introduce their newest addition to the world. Sources confirm that their son’s name will be revealed on Tommy Fury’s shorts during his upcoming fight against Eddie Hall on Saturday. Fans might recall Tommy previously had Bambi’s name on his shorts, and Molly-Mae was reportedly excited by the idea of repeating the gesture. A source told The Sun: “That’s how they are going to announce it to the world… with music, blue fireworks, and during the walkouts. It’s Tommy’s idea, and Molly is obsessed with it — she’s hoping to be there.”
In the meantime, Molly-Mae is soaking up the newborn bubble. She shared another cosy photo from home, captioned: “Newborn bubble, every day at home with my girl… and the cosiest thunderstorm. No one wake me up from this dream.”
After welcoming their second child at a London hospital, Molly was seen carrying her baby boy in a blue outfit. The couple and daughter Bambi looked overjoyed as Tommy popped a balloon filled with blue confetti to reveal the gender. Molly-Mae captioned the moment: “Just the luckiest. Nearly 9 months on from finding out we’d been blessed with a boy… and I still can’t believe it.”
Over the weekend, Tommy returned briefly to the hospital after Molly’s delivery, letting Bambi hold his baby brother for the first time. The toddler’s response? A sweet “yes” when asked if he liked him. Molly-Mae captioned the clip: “There’s your little brother.”
Tommy is set to fight retired strongman Eddie Hall on June 13, and fans will be eager to see how the couple reveals their baby’s name during the event.
