Molly-Mae Hague has revealed the shortlist of baby names she’s ruled out ahead of the arrival of her second child with Tommy Fury. The couple, who are eagerly awaiting the birth of their second little one, are sticking to their tradition of choosing a distinctive name—and Molly-Mae is convinced fans won’t be happy with their final choice.

In a recent vlog, the 26-year-old star, currently in her third trimester, shared her thoughts on picking unusual names for her children, explaining that she wants them to stand out. “You only get one chance to name your child something memorable,” she said, reflecting on the controversy surrounding her daughter Bambi’s name. “Bambi was a name people remembered, and that’s exactly what I wanted.”
Molly-Mae added that she didn’t want her child to share a common name, saying, “I remember in school there were three Mollys in my class—we were all best friends! I want my kids’ names to be special, a conversation starter.”
As for the names on her shortlist, Molly-Mae admitted, “Boys’ names are harder for me, but I really love the name Bunny. I also loved Goldie, but now it feels overused.” Goldie was a contender for Bambi’s name, but she ultimately chose something even more unique.
Other names that made the list included Silver, Sylvie, and Junie, but she ruled them out for various reasons. She also mentioned that while she loved the idea of calling her son “Junior” or “TJ” (Tommy Junior), it wasn’t going to happen.
Molly-Mae and Tommy have already faced some backlash for their unconventional naming choices, and the speculation about their second child’s name is no different. The couple has already received some flak for their first child’s name, Bambi, but the reality star seems to thrive on the attention and is ready for more controversy. “I think we’re pretty much set on a name now, which is crazy,” she said. “I know everyone’s going to hate it, but we weren’t ever going to choose an ordinary name. That was never going to happen.”
Names like Angel, Skye, Dream, Cloud, and Star have all been suggested as possibilities for their second child. However, Molly-Mae confirmed that they’re sticking with something far more unique. “I can’t wait for everyone to literally probably dislike it and be like, ‘What the heck?’, but yeah, it was never going to be an ordinary name, guys, let’s be honest.”
With only a few weeks left until the baby arrives, the speculation surrounding Molly-Mae’s choice of name has reached a fever pitch. Will it be another name that turns heads or a classic choice that surprises everyone?
