Steven McBee Jr. appeared on Monday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where he addressed his messy split from Allie Eklund and offered an update on his incarcerated father, Steven McBee Sr.
While also addressing his fight to get Allie, 29, a percentage of his soon-to-be-sister-in-law Kacie Adkison‘s tallow skin line, confirming interest in Ciara Miller, 30, and Mia Calabrese, 35, and revealing Luann de Lesseps, 61, flirted with him at BravoCon, the 33-year-old star of The McBee Dynasty explained his Good Husband retreat and more.
On the July 20 episode of WWHL, Steven admitted to having major regrets about insulting Allie publicly after their breakup in April.
“Without a doubt, yeah,” he confirmed, noting that he had received a “very well-deserved backlash from it.”
“[I regret] how I handled the situation. It should’ve been a private matter that I took public,” he added.
After admitting it was Kacie, 28, who was the most skeptical of Allie when they first started dating, Steve said he also regretted fighting so hard for Allie to get a percentage of her skin line.
“Yes, very much so. Sorry, Casey. My bad,” he stated.
According to Steven, he, Kacie, and Cole McBee, 27, ultimately settled on equal percentages of the line.
As for why he was in such a hurry to settle down with Allie, Steven explained, “For me, my family is all settled down, starting growing their family out, and I thought that I was with the one I was going to be with forever, so, why waste time?”
Regarding the list he made for his dream wife, Steven, who is currently single, said that what he wrote at the Good Husband retreat was “more manifestation” than a “hard set list of rules.”
“It was just being crystal clear about what you’re looking for, the lifestyle you want to live and what you’d like to manifest, and that’s what the document was,” he shared.
Steven was then asked if he felt that his relationship with Allie took him away from final days with dad before he entered prison for insurance fraud.
“Hindsight’s always 20/20, but at the time, I thought I was going to Texas to meet my future in-laws. So, I thought it was a good decision,” he reasoned.
As for how his dad was holding up, Steven said he was “doing well” and would be released from prison “in less than two months, mid-September.”
Also on the live broadcast, Steven said that when it came to Bravolebrities, he had his eye on a couple of Summer House stars.
“I would say either Ciara Miller or Mia,” he shared.
Steven was then asked if Luann ever got flirty with him.
“Yes, actually, at BravoCon she was, yeah. She needs to make a trip out to the farm,” he replied.
