THE INNOCENT WHISTLEBLOWER AND A D.E.A.D.L.Y COVER-UP: ARE THE ADULTS BEING PLAYED FOR FOOLS?!

In tonight’s Coronation Street, Jodie hopes that she can count on support from the Platt family despite her attack on Sarah. But could Lily’s revelations change everything?

Meanwhile, Cassie tries to expose Ross’s true colours – but it won’t be as easy as she thought.

Read on for five big moments from Monday’s episode…

1. Jodie makes a bold move

The Platts host a welcome party for baby Harper as she’s finally brought home from hospital by David and Shona. The joyful atmosphere turns sour when Jodie turns up, revealing that she’s confessed to the police about her attack on Sarah.

Jodie is still waiting to hear what her punishment will be, but she asks if she can carry on living at the Platt house in the meantime! Disapproving David can’t believe what he’s hearing…

2. Lily reveals what she knows about the gun

When they get a moment alone, Lily tells Jodie that she looked in her secret trinket box and found the gun. Jodie quickly covers her tracks, making out that it’s a fake.

Shona convinces David that Jodie needs their support and she should move back in. However, will they regret their choice when Lily reveals that Jodie has been keeping a gun in the house?

3. Sam confides in Idris

Sam gets upset when David won’t let him hold Harper during the family party. He realises that David doesn’t trust him around the young child following his mental health crisis.

Idris finds Sam lost in thought at Victoria Garden and tries to bond with him by revealing how he overcame his own anxieties as a teenager.

4. Cassie arranges a meeting

Cassie asks Ross’s ex-girlfriend Alison to visit the Rovers after making contact with her online.

Alison has a story to share, which paints Ross as a nightmare partner, so Cassie summons Tracy, Steve and Tyrone to the pub so they can hear it.

5. Ross keeps the upper hand

Ross overhears Cassie’s secret scheming and gets his chance to intercept her plan.

When Alison arrives at the pub as planned, she mysteriously changes her mind by insisting that she lied about Ross and he’s a great guy. It’s the last thing Cassie wanted to hear – but has Ross threatened Alison into supporting him?
