Alison Hammond, 51, has revealed she is “absolutely in love” with her boyfriend, David Putman, despite their 22-year age gap, in a rare admission about their relationship. The This Morning star has been dating the 27-year-old Russian model since 2023, though they’ve kept their relationship private.
Addressing their age difference, Alison said, “I completely understand why people are interested when there’s a 22-year gap, but what I find interesting is that it’s not as interesting when it’s the man who is older.” She added, “Why is that? I just want people to be happy for us.”
Alison and David have been going strong since meeting in 2023, and though they tend to avoid the spotlight, Alison has shared glimpses of their romance on Instagram. She recently gushed about David, saying, “He just has the most beautiful energy, and everyone feels it when they’re in his presence. It’s very rare. I am so grateful that he chooses to spend his life with me.”
Despite the 22-year gap, Alison insists that their love transcends any age barrier. “Yes, I’m 22 years older than him, but if you saw us together, you’d understand,” she explained.
David works as a model and massage therapist, and their relationship blossomed after Alison booked a massage with him in 2023. They quickly hit it off, and have been inseparable ever since.
