Katie Price has revealed that her 24-year-old son Harvey, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, is back living with her after struggling at residential placements. Speaking on The Katie Price Show podcast, the former glamour model shared the heart-wrenching texts she receives from Harvey when he’s away:
“I hate it here, Mum. I just need you. I want your cuddles, hold my hand.”
Harvey’s care journey has been challenging. He began at a specialist college in Cheltenham in 2021, but after funding cuts in 2024, he moved to supported independent living in Southampton. Katie said the family is awaiting a new placement closer to home next month.
Balancing her work while caring for Harvey has been emotionally draining. Katie admitted, “It pulls on your heart. So I’ve got him here and it’s hard because I’m working and his carer at the same time.”
The update gives fans an intimate look at the reality of supporting a loved one with complex needs, highlighting Katie’s dedication, resilience, and the deep bond she shares with Harvey.
